Hey, wouldn't it be awful to work in one time zone and live in another??? So like, you get off at 5 and it takes you an hour to drive home but there's an hour difference so now it's 2 hours to get home. Of course, in the morning, you'd leave at 8 to arrive at 8.

Thanks! I think I'm about to take a tiny, tiny chip off an Ambien and try to get back to sleep so that I won't be too much of a basket case (more than usual anyway ) when I go Christmas shopping later on today.

good morning peeps... still home... had to do some papaer work before they let me go back...

poppin paige, dr finally called at 2PM Monday... and told me I got 2 big fibroid that's it... no added fyi but to call.get an appointment with the GYN... Why could she just have said "you have fibroids" she emphasized the word big that now I have till Wednesday the 29th to see the GYN I am sorry for all the sad news I have been posting... It is so true.. when it rain it does pour hard...

Hope all is well with everybody.... it's cold tonite... it wil go down all the way to the 20's later

I hope so... I hope the size is not that big that I can just go for the less ivasive route like meds and some shrinking process without going under the knife

I have fibroids too, so far I haven't done anything about it. They don't always operate or shrink them. But, if they are that big, they can take care of them.
How are you feeling since the accident?
Are you back at work yet?

Not yet, due to paper works I might be able to go back on Thanks Giving day !!! I was hoping tonite but when I called work they had explained that they have changed the policy instead of 10 working days now it is 10 calendar days being out that I need to go to employee health and submit all paper works signed by my primary doctor that I am equipt and capable

About the fibroids.. I guess my paranoia came from what I have gone through with my friend who at 1st diagnosed with fibroid and when they cut her they have found that it was not just any old plain simple fibroid but leomyosarcoma which jit 1 out of 4 million women and they are like heart attack, they attach you silently. And out 100% of the population who was diagnosed with this are of Asian decent which I am one. I know am getting ahead of myself but again after going through more than 10 deaths due to cancer from my moms brothers and sisters my vision is getting cloudy ! And this days, if it's not cancer that kills you then it's all those resistant viruses that are harbouring in the hospitals. I hate it when I am whining but I cannot help it. The one downside of working in the hospital is you get to sit down with boards meetings and read news letter why your workplace is going through problems with their previous patients
