hello Cheryl , nothing new here work and work. But atleast am off this weekend and get some much needed sleep Tomorrow is a much earlier day. Have a foot dr's appointment at 8AM I didnt not know some dr's open that early he is open as early as 6:30AM Well I better try to catch some zzz's Hmm I ownder what ever happend to jonestavern and her spiked hot cocoa Hope she is OK! BTW I started my campaign for the box tops hopefully I get some in before the end of the year!

Good Morning, rough day! My Friday started with a check up with the podiatrist with a twist! I have been complaining on and off for pain on both feet but more so on my left. After series of pressing and pinching and pushing the dr. finally confirmed it was not the spur that was causing the pain but inflamation of tendons and ligamets and his only solution was cortisons shots. Have heard about horror stories but never really put much faith to it since I know myself am a big baby! Well! at 7:30AM I think I woke up the whole neighborhood!!! And since there was fluid build up my foot was sore the whole day and also had to go work. It was crazy! And weather is yukky! So now am ready to take those meds he prescribe and I know I wont be back up till sun rise !

Have a good weekend everybody and be safe ! it is bitter and raining here in Delco and we'll juast be home to catch up with some movies. Take care!

No I haven't disappeared. Didn't feel great yesterday so spent the day watching a CSI marathon and some Mythbusters.

Good afternoon... just woke up... been on a fog since Saturday Am due to all this pain pills.... feet starting to feel happy feet again but am taking my time to heal... took a couple of days off from my part time job...

I had a pretty good weekend. Went out for dinner Sat. and Lunch Sun. Got to speak with a wonderful lady I met on the DIS for a couple of hours Saturday night. That was a blast.
