can you believe this ???? I left work at 11:30PM and am just getting home.... 1:10AM .. work is only 22 miles which takes me about 35 to 40 minutes to go home on a good nite... can you imagine that 170+ drive

It was good. I am tired, though, as my insomnia is back. Sorry Myst, I didn't feel like talking. I watched Rocky again.

This depression is grabbing me.............either it has to do with the insomnia or vice versa.

There's gotta be another answer besides just valiuming up. I'm not going to take more than the morning dose today. Ah, I don't know what I need.

I'm so sorry. When I was going through some pretty severe depression I couldn't sleep AT ALL. My phsyciatrist put me on Ambien and it worked great! You need to make sure, however, that you set aside plenty of time to sleep - don't take it too late at night. I got very queasy whenever I didn't get enough sleep.
