Guess what I found today... walnuts are good source of melatonin!!! Just read it from the magazine !!! Now I know why I have been sleeping a lil bit early lately! I had incorporAted walnuts in my diets for the :love:

omega 3 for my heart and inflamation but I was not aware about the melatonin part ! :thumbsup2
