How late do AK CS restaurants stay open?

We're visiting AK in early September, and the park is closing at 5:00. How late do the QS restaurants stay open? Could we grab dinner there at 4:45-ish before returning to our resort?

In Sept. we've seen most CS places close about 1/2 before park closing, sometimes earlier. Check the "times guide" you get when you enter the park for the most current info.
