As the title suggests... How late can you book a cruise? Is there are particular number of days before sailing when bookings close?

It's possible to book a cruise up until the morning of any given cruise (assuming there's space onboard). But you must do so via phone call, not online. Any reservations made within 3 days of a cruise have to be done by phone.
