How late can you add DP?

I just booked a very last minute trip - leaving the 16th - we are still debating any dining plan - is it too late or wasn't there a within 72 hr window?

You have to add it more than 72 hours in advance. If you have a room-only reservation, you'll have to turn it into a package reservation, add your tickets and pay the complete balance due in full.
