How late can I make a reservation at Tusker House?

If AK closes at 6:00 what is the latest reservation they take? I'd like to maximize my time at the park and would hate to waste the last two hours eating! It would be really nice if I could make say a 5:30 or 6:00 reservation.

The menu at allears says that dinner is served from 4-5pm.

Wondering why the menu at allears states 4-5?? I've never eaten there, but allowing one hour for a dinnertime buffet seems odd to me. Nice to know for future reference though.
