How late can I arrive for my fast pass reservation?

The point is not to be seated, it is to check in with the host.
Tell the restaurant your not no-shows... just going to be late.
I have been told to come back to the podium once the rest of my group got there - without them taking my reservation information.
I didn't push the issue and ask them to check me in, and this was before the $10 no show rule, so it could be that letting them know that at least one of you is there may help to make sure they don't mark you as a no show....

But I'll stick to my advice to simply change the Star Tours FP time .... That would be the simplest solution....

when I was down a few weeks ago checking into 50s... man in front of me was checking in and asked if his whole party was there, his response was they were on the way and the CM told him to come back when everyone was at the restaurant and had him step aside so he could help the next person.

Maybe it depends on the CM and how crowded :confused3

Our experience was the same. They would check us in when the whole party was there.

We have fast pass reservations for Star Tours from 1:55-2:55 and our Sci Fi Cafe reservation is at 1:55. I don't want to be rushed at lunch, but we don't want to miss Star Tours. If we show up 20 minutes after our window on the fast pass, will we be rejected, or do they not care too much?
If you are late and your Mickey doesn't turn green it's up to the cm at the stand whether or not you get through. I don't imagine they are forgiving during busy times but we had luck once at space mtn. The advice to move the FP would be my first choice because I don't like showing up late for ADRs either.

Have you tried moving the ST FP+?

I agree with the others to move your FP earlier, but I've used multiple FP+ 10-15min late and gotten the green mickey, even at TSMM and 7dmt.

Sometimes timings just don't mesh.

But, you are on Disney time, not the time on your watch. The only time that matters is the time on the clock at that particular attraction on that particular day at that particular time. There's no reason the "cut it close" when you have an entire day to plan your time and only three FastPasses available for advance booking. In this case, the poster has a very real possibility of a dining reservation and a FastPass overlapping. More than likely, one event will not be a pleasant one.

Yes, that's why my first line says I would move it earlier.
