How late are the stores open at BWV?

We will be at BWV in about 4 weeks. I go to bed later than the rest of the family. If I go out after all are sleeping is there anything to do? Any shops open. Is it permitted to walk around the Boardwalk late at night. Is it safe? Dennis

You can always walk around outside and I would be confident it was safe (using common sense). The area is part of the "resort" and I'm betting there is unseen security in place at all times. I think Jellyrolls and Atlantic Dance are open until 1:00 or 2:00 a.m. (ESPN may also stay open). I'm not sure when the stores close -- I'm guessing it's 11:00 p.m. but could be midnight.

Most of the Boardwalk closes down way earlier than I would have expected. We were there last July and the Boardwalk was pretty much shut down by not much after 10:00 pm except for the dance clubs as I recall. It might have been 10:30 pm, but it was certainly not as late as 11:00 when we were there. I was quite surprised.
