How late are resort restaurants open?

I'mwondering how late do the restaurants stay open for dinner? Can we watch Illuminations and then get to a restaurant say at 10:00 for a late dinner?

PS We have a rental car for getting around easier.

You may find some of the restaurants are open at this time. Best thing to do is to call Disney Dining and have some restaurants picked out. Depends on the time of the year tool.

I remember eating at Narcoossee's a few years back at around 10:00. If most are closing up by then try DTD West side, I'm sure some of the restuarants there are opened later.
