How late are food courts open?

I can't seem to find any information on how late food courts tend to stay open. We're staying at POFQ, so if anyone knows how late Sassagoula Floatworks stays open (or what time they open, for that matter!), I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

Sassagoula Floatworks is open from 6am-midnight...

Breakfast Hours:
6am - 7am Continental Breakfast
7am - 11am Hot Breakfast

Lunch Hours:
11am - 5pm

Dinner Hours:
5pm - 10pm

*Bakery and Pizza Shop open until midnight*

Pizza delivery: To guests' rooms offered from 4:00pm to midnight

Also just for your info, in case you want to go over to PORiverside here are the times for their food court (my favorite food court on property by the way)

Riverside Mill:

Hours: 6:00am - Midnight

Bleu Bayou Burgers and Chicken Hours:
Breakfast 7am - 11am
Lunch and Dinner - 11am - 10pm

Southern Trace Bakery Hours:
6:00am-midnight

Filé Cajun Broiler Hours:
Breakfast 7am - 11am
Lunch 11am - 5pm
Dinner 5pm - 10pm

Acadian Pizza 'N' Pasta Hours:
Breakfast - 7am - 11am
Lunch and Dinner - 11am - midnight

Riverside Market Hours:
6:00am - midnight
