How large are the portions at Sanaa?

I am considering an ADR at Sanaa in September, but I'm wondering about the portions. I'm wanting to see if my husband and I could just share with our youngest son instead of buying him an entire kids meal that he won't eat half of. Their kids meals come with an appetizer, entree and dessert. Too much for a 2 year old, for sure.

If you have any photos of anything you've had at Sanaa, I would definitely appreciate that too. I'd even love to know what you ate and your review of it. Thank you!

I don't do food photos but I thought the entrees were very large. All 4 of us (all adults) had food left on our plates.

We had a fantastic meal there. My 13 yo son and I split the bread service, tandoori chicken, and tapioca. I also had a pot of vanilla rooibos tea. We even had plenty of leftovers.

I loved it here, but do not have any pictures, sorry.

I have been twice and a group of 3 of each time and we all ordered something different each time so we could all try as much as we could. We started with app's and each ordered a dinner. I have to say I enjoyed the flavors of everything. I think my favorite was the chicken dish with some cherries. I LOVED the different breads with dips and the different salads. If you like trying new things I recommend a trip here.

I am DW and was with DB and DB, so anything I did not finish, the brothers finished.

Enjoy!

Yummo, I so love everything here!

Yeah - I don't have leftovers at Sanaa :lmao: but I don't leave hungry.

We always get the bread service - only we ask for just the plain Naan. I LOVE the warm potato and spinach salad - I actually like to add a spoonful of the tamarind chutney sauce to it - soooooo good.

I think portions are pretty large. I've never finished anything I order there.
If you look at my "Solo Eats and Newbie Treats" DR (link in signature) there is a Sanaa review with photos.
