We will be travelling in late August. It will be DH, DD7, DD5 and myself. We are looking for somewhere new to eat. How is the Wolfgang Puck Cafe? Any reviews/replies would be appreciated. Thanks.

We ate there last month. We were on the dining plan so we ate well. The food was excellent. One of the best meals we had. The filet was very tender. Only problem I saw was it took a while to get our food but they were very busy. It was Easter week. I dont know if I would eat there if not on the dining plan it was very expensive $34.99 for the filet.

We tried to eat there on a weeknight during our Spring Break trip. It was one of the few meals for which I hadn't made ADRs. What a mistake! The wait was over an hour. (Everything in DTD was packed that night). We ate at Wolfgang Puck Express instead, which was very good. Next trip I will definately make an ADR at the Cafe.

I went with my friend that lives in Orlando. She worked at the world for a couple of years and it was one of her favorites. We sat at the counter so we wouldn't have to wait and ordered the Pad Thai... it was awesome, the best I've had! :thumbsup2

It was the best meal of our trip! Can't wait to go back! The macadamia chicken was to die for! Awesome kids sundae dessert!

Food was superior, but a very loud place to eat. Conversation (indoors) next to impossible. Also, we were a party of 2, and we got a very small table, so small that it was tough to fit the meals and drinks and adult bevs on it.

But the food was great. We will go back.

WGPC is LOUD!

We had a less than stellar meal there but in all fairness it may have been us as much as the restaurant.

We had gone to the 6pm LaNouba show and had an 8pm ADR. There was a long line but we were seated within 5 min (that was good) but it was so incredibly loud we couldn't really have a conversation about the show we just saw (that was bad). I must have looked online at the lunch menu or the express menu because it was a bit more limited for my kids than I thought it would be (my bad) but DD ordered a chicken quesadilla and DS the kid's pizza. I also had the quesadilla and DH some kind of pasta thing. We waited a long time for our server (bad) but when she came she was very apologetic and very speedy getting our drinks and some bread since we were famished. The food came pretty quickly, we ate and left all within 45 min!

We thought the food was ok, nothing great. But again we were super tired and hungry which clouded our enjoyment. What really saved the night for us was dessert at Goofy's Candy place, love the design your own marshmallow kebobs!

Just double checking...The Wolfgang Cafe does take ADR's? I'm planning my first trip to WDW with a total of 9 people, 3 of them children and 1/2 of them vegetarian, so I'm having a tough time finding restaurants that accomodate all our needs. I looked a tthe menu and it seems great, so if they take ADR's, I want to make them.

They definitely take ADR's! We're booked for this October! :thumbsup2 Have fun!
