We have gone to Disney the first week in Feb twice and loved it. We are thinking of trying Dec 10-17th this time since I think my dh would love to see the holiday lights. Since this is value season (at least at value resorts) how are the crowds? Are most things walk on like we are used to? How is the weather typically. We don't go to water parks usually but would like to spend a hour or so at the resort pool and not where winter coats (we live near Boston).

It is an extra magical time with the additional xmas decorations and activities. The resorts are beautifully decorated and the shows are wonderful. Crowds tend to be pretty light. Weather varies, sorry Fla doesnt have the same type of weather every year. I would think layers as the best way to pack. The resort pools are heated and you will find very few people at the water parks.

Great time of year! Don't put your winter coats away just yet! I have been when it was 40 during the day and in the 20's at night! Then again this past Dec we were in shorts the whole trip. :teeth:

Like the others said, it is a great time to visit, very Magical - But the weather is variable. We have swam & we have bundled - you just never know til it comes along......
Hoping this Dec is a warm one - we are taking the grandsons & they just LOVE to swim.
