How is this done?! DVC, ADRs, & DxDP!

Okay so we have quite a while until the time comes to even make our ADRs but...

With a DVC reservation confirmation #, and if the DxDP has been added to that reservation before the 90-day mark, how does that work for making ADRs online/over the phone?? There are a couple reservations that will require pre-paying so I'd prefer to have that already taken out of the DxDP...

Does the dining plan come up when inputting a confirmation # online? Anyone done this since online ADRs came available?
