How is the sushi...

at the Wolfgang Puck Cafe? We plan to go there and I am looking for a place to try sushi for the first time. Raw/unusual (I understand sushi is not that unusual anymore) food does not bother me at all. I just live a sheltered life I guess and have never tried it. The only two oppurtunities I will have to try it at WDW will be at Wolfgang's and possibly Japan at WS if they have a CS place that offers it. I would really like to try it. Any imput would be approecitaed.

We eat at Wolfgang Pucks at least 2 times every trip and we really like their sushi there. It has been fresh and they have some very tasty specials they make. It is definitely something we eat every trip and even if the sushi isn't your thing or it doesn't look like something you want, they have some other very good entres there to choose from.

Thanks. I dont know what I am looking for so I am just going to try something. Maybe a sample platter if they offer something like that.

We like Wolfgang Pucks for its sushi ... that is really the only reason why we are going there this time.
We are planning on going there for a very late lunch reservation (3:45pm) then to the La Nouba show at 6:00 and then over to pleasure island ... The Adventures Club.
If this is your first time with sushi please do not eat any "pre-packaged" sushi which is available at Epcot and the Magic Kingdom ... make sure you try something that is made fresh for you (at Wolfgang they do have a Daily Sushi Special platter which should be good if you do not know what to order.)

Im not a fan of it. Its really, fusiony I guess. But thats what wolfgang puck's does I guess. Its not really sushi as in fish, but more the homogenized version with a lot of other ingredients. If you like that kind of sushi though, its very good.
