How is the bus service at POP compared to AS Movies?

We leave for WDW in 21 days and are staying at the POP for the first time. We have stayed at all the All Stars witht he Movies being our favorite. My question is how is the bus service at the POP? I know at the Movies they share buses a lot and you had to stand or wait a long time for a bus. Is this the case at the POP too? I would love anyones feedback who has been to both and used the buses.

its been a while since we stayed at the all stars so maybe the bus service has changed a little. pop has its own buses. they don't share with anyone. they also use on damand transportation.in the mornings you will see 2 people handing out park maps by pop's bus stops. they have radios if one line is big say like the magic kingdom line. they will radio ahead and in about 2 mins-5 mins a bus will come for that stop. they do this at night also at the parks
never had a problem with long bus waits at pop sometimes standing room only but that was ok for us.we felt that compared to the all stars the buses at pop were much quicker,better and came more regular. also when leaving the parks at night the same experince. sometimes standing room only but only a wait of 5 mins adverage also a couple of disney people with 2-way radios calling for buses. hope you have a blast!

What a great question!! We stayed at ASMo last August. On busy nights, we'd grab an AS Musics bus and walk across the parking lot to Movies.

But this time around, we chose POP too!! I am glad to hear things will be just as good there.

I've stayed at both -- most recently at POP in May. POP's buses are better as they don't share with any other resort. We never waited long for a bus. We've stayed at ASMo and sometimes by the time the bus visited Sports and Music, it was full by the time it got to Movies and we'd have to stand on the way to the park. It was busy when we stayed at POP this Memorial Day, and we never had to stand.
