It is first come, first served. There is usually a line to get in, you could be seated at a high table with others, or at a smaller table if a smaller party. If you line up a little before they open (meaning serving food), you may get lucky and be seated right away. If you get there a little after opening, it will probably be about a 45 minute wait, since everyone was just seated and it will take a while for them to be served and to eat/drink. I've never waited less than 30 minutes, the longest was almost an hour. The apps are basically the same as the pot stickers, wings, and noodles from O'hana. Sometimes they are really good, sometimes, not so much. The dessert is almost always great. You do kind of feel rushed, as there is a line of people looking at you wanting your table! But the line is better than how it used to be, it was a crazy free for all. You'd get up from your table and be rushed by people who were waiting and ready to pounce!
