How is Shutters at CBR

were on the dining plan and thinking of eating our 1st night when we arrive. we are staying at CBR.

I'm curious to know too....we're checking in there on May 12 ...also on the Dining Plan...

We stayed there last May and ate there two or three times...can't remember. I think it all depends on what you eat. We're vegetarians. I can say that the appetizers sucked...badly. The chef was super nice and accomodating, he came to our table and said pretty much "what would you like for me to make you". So we had him make us double veggie burgers with cheese and one kiddo had mickey pasta with marinara and the other mickey mac and cheese. They kids were both happy and let me say my mouth drools with desire for another one of those veggie burgers. I make them all the time at home, but no matter how I try I just can't seem to get them to taste so delicious...and the fries were really good too. Now the service on the other hand, was really really bad and the atmosphere leaves ALOT to be desired. But the food is so worth it we're going back a couple of times in September. I would definately recommend an ADR if you like to get a table quickly. We didn't make on and just showed up and it was a 45 minute wait...however we did get one of those pager thingies they give out at restaurants, and you can carry them all the way to the pool and gift shop...so we shopped the entire time that we waited...it was really fun. And obviuosly the location is super convenient. I would give it a try...especially if it's for your first night...again super convenient and simple.
