How is Macy's for returns?

I got some Fiestaware in the wrong colour for Christmas. My aunt bought it from Macy's and I just want to exchange it when we go down to the states next week. I've got the box and left the Macy's sticker on the bottom. Think I'll have any luck?

Funny that you should post this! I just went to Macy's today to return/exchange some clothes my son got for the holidays; I had 2 shirts and a pair of jeans, and a gift receipt for 1. I was able to get store credit for the jeans and the shirt that I had the receipt for, but the sticker on the other shirt was cut in such a way that it wasn't reading, so I could either get a penny for the store credit, or hold onto the shirt (and hope to re-gift to someone LOL) which is what I did.
If you have the Macy's sticker on it, you should be OK. Good luck!

They should take it back but if you do not have a receipt you will get a store credit and lowest sale price refund.Hopefully they still have the color you want.

I hope I don't have to find out! I just bought new bed linens for "The Princess Room" and they only had king and queen. They said they would ship the full-sized bedding directly to my home at no cost, within 7-10 days. We shall see.
