Has anyone used them at the Grosvenor Hotel? I found the best rate there but I have always rented from MCO. We'd like to take advantage of ME and not have to haul all our luggage as DH is going down on business and we're tagging along! He'll be staying all week, I'm returning on Wed with 4 kids so I'd like to return the rental on property and take ME to MCO. They have shuttle service for pick up and drop off -- right?:confused3

We have a reservation there in Feb and also used them last Nov because they had the best rate. It was an effortless transaction as far as I was concerned. We had a car we had rented at MCO for a special weekend rate. We drove over to Grosvenor; DH went in and got the car - we had reserved an intermediate - they offered him a sebring convertible - he said we have of one of those pieces of junk at home (my car - I love it!) and just give him any 4 door:rotfl: He followed me to MCO where I dropped our other rental.
We returned the car to TPA a week later because we flying out of there.

I'm hoping it goes as smoothly for feb. I have some free coupons with AVIS that we're using when we arrive 2/17. We'll pick up the car at Grosvenor on Tuesday 2/20 - return the avis car. Then the next week return the dollar car to MCO late 2/26
The dollar rate was just over $200 for the 7 days all taxes and fees. I haven't been able to come close with anyone else.

Only downside is we're limited to the one driver unless we pay an upcharge. OH well, guess DH does all the driving this coming trip.

We just used them for our trip during Christmas and New Year's. Great rates and no problems! The only warning I would give is that it's just a one-person operated counter. So if/when they take a lunch break, there's no one there. And just a heads-up. I didn't see any signs or anything, but the Dollar counter is the little counter immediately to the left when you enter the main lobby.

And yes they have a shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off, but you need to arrange that at least 24 hour prior to when you need it. But I just walked to the Grosvenor, as it is directly across the street from the bus stops for DTD/MarketPlace.
