How is CSR for ...

I booked a room at Csr for a family of newbies June 18th-23rd . I had wanted CBR but it was sold out through code BBY for their travel dates. I was wondering how do you think a 8 YO boy, and a 13 YO boy will like this resort?? what is there for them to do??

We stayed at CSR Nov of 03 with my 7and 9yo dd's and we loved it. The dig site was a wonderful pool with a waterslide and a fun playground. The arcade is quite nice especially for a moderate. You can rent regular bikes, surray bikes and watermice. We liked the pepper market - combination food court and table service restaurant.

We had excellent experiences with bus service and would stay at CSR again.

I think its a great moderate for families!!

I think out of all the moderates, CSR is the best for two boys that age. They will love the pool and the arcade.

If the boys eat a lot, you should have the family look into getting Connections meal vouchers because they are especially good at CSR.

Coronado Springs is my favorite moderate, and one of my top favorites of all the resorts. With most of the resorts, I feel like everything is kind of crowded and stacked on top of each other. CSR is nice and spread out around the lake (although you'll find those who complain about having to walk). The setting around the lake, especially at night, is a great scene.

The pool and arcade, as well as just walking around, should keep the kids busy enough during non-park times.

We've stayed at CSR three times. I can't say that I've had to entertain any children there, but the pool area sure is cool.
I think your family will enjoy CSR as it is beautifully themed.

Of all the Disney resorts we've stayed at (see below), CSR is our favorite! The Unofficial Guide rates the Dig Site poll as one of Disney's best- #3 I think.
