i don't think we'll be up for a huge breakfast, so i booked CP for dinner one night.

how is the food? what types of foods are there? how are the characters at night?

Expensive....
Winnie the pooh characters...
The food is good and plentiful... Make sure you go hungry.
Its a nice cool break from the parks. Bit over priced I think...but what isn't when on vacation....Make sure you go very hungry.

I wouldn't eat dinner there without the characters. The food is not the draw.

In our experience, the food is very OK. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the salads and desserts during our last meal there in January, but I'm not a fan of the hot entree items. It was really an opportunity for our youngest son to meet the characters over his birthday weekend. It's not in our regular rotation, but it's fun for the kids to experience at least once!

We tend to go there every visit. I love their salmon. Yummo! I think the food is good and plentiful.

Eh. Characters were good, but food was disappointing. I hear breakfast is much better.

Just ate there a couple of weeks ago and the food was fantastic! There were many options. They carved prime rib and turkey. The Pooh characters were great also. We will be sure to go back next trip. You will love it!

We really enjoyed the dinner at CP. The food was good and the character interaction was great! We have had both lunch and dinner and I prefer the dinner to the lunch. We will be trying the breakfast in March though.

we go each visit ....doesnt matter if we have the grandkids or not.....my hubby and I enjoy the atmosphere and the food ...I too love the salmon and the meat...the whole area has plenty of choices for you and the kiddos...
Hope you try it out and enjoy yourselves

I'm not trying to hijack the thread:rolleyes:, but is the food the same at lunch as it is at dinner? We've only ever eaten breakfast there.

We do not care for it, the foods are too salty and the atmosphere is way too loud

Honestly we try to stay away from dinner buffets because of the poor quality of food

I think the food is quite yummy for dinner (and lunch). I love crystal palace!! Nice atmosphere, great characters, great location. We've never had a bad meal there. For dinner, they add a few extra items but generally its about the same as lunch.

Desserts are awesome btw. Have fun!
