We have Crystal Palace booked for breakfast our last day, but I am looking for places to eat that are inside the parks. If CP is alright for dinner which ressie would you change??

I am thinking of dropping O'hana's

Here is what we have booked so far.
Sept. 1- Plant Hollywood
Sept. 2- Tony's Townsquare
Sept. 3- Cindy's Royal Table
Sept. 4- O'hanas
Sept. 5- Kona
Sept. 6- Coral Reef
Sept. 7- Crystal Palace Breakfast

The only ones we are attached to is Cindy's Table and Crystal Palace breakfast. Any advice would be appreciated. TIA!:thumbsup2

CP - great for dinner. Very nice buffet. Great place after a day at the MK Park

Crystal Palace is lovely for dinner, but may I suggest Liberty Tree Tavern instead of Crystal Palace? Because you are already doing the Crystal Palace breakfast on your last day, I would suggest maybe doing a different restaurant. If your kids like Minnie and Goofy and all of those characters, LTT would be wonderful. And the style is like early, colonial America. Truth be told, I went when I was 15 and I enjoyed it. Just a suggestion, but Crystal Palace is very nice for dinner, they have a great buffet.

We love CP for both b'fast & dinner. The kids have always been able to find something they will eat..even when dd was only 2. And the grown ups can be happy too. The dessert bar is ok too. The character interaction is great!!!!! Enjoy

Thanks guys! I just called and was able to book the Crystal Palace for dinner. Everything else was pretty much booked up. Since we are such a large party.

As for the LTT I know my kids won't eat what is on the menu, plus I am not a huge fan of turkey. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Our trip is getting so close we are so excited.

CP is one of my DH's favorite places for dinner.
He loves that buffet!!

We LOVE Crystal Palace for dinner!!! I think we have it scheduled twice for our upcoming trip this year!!!

I was wondering too, how is lunch different than dinner? Can anybody remember some of the foods they have at each different meal, breakfast-lunch-dinner ? :)

At dinner I remember prime rib, peel and eat shrimp, lots of delish and different sides and a dessert bar to die for. Food was excellent!!

We dined at CP for dinner last week, and it was not how I remember it. A few years back, we went to CP for dinner and the food, service, and character interaction were all excellent. This time we went and the food quality was mediocre, and the characters skipped our table. The service was excellent though. :)

What kind of desserts do they have at dinner? :) Also what are some of the items at breakfast?

My DH and I rather disliked CP for dinner (this past June) -- the food was bland, blah, boring. I doubt we'll ever dine there again. I would most definitely NOT drop Ohanas, IMO -- that one was a blast!

We love the CP for dinner! :thumbsup2 In fact, we loved a few of the dishes that we had there this past March that we requested the recipies. YUM!

Enjoy!

We're not big buffet fans (DH & I anyway...), but it give my picky-eater children more choices, so I booked it for our Jan. '08 trip.

I remember liking it the best out of the buffets we did try in 2004 (we tried 1900 Park Fare for both breakfast and dinner, Hollywood & Vine dinner, Chef Mickeys for breakfast, & Crystal Palace for dinner). During our 2006 trip, we didn't do any buffets and the kids became more & more miserable with the majority of their dinner dining choices.

I was probably least impressed with this place at dinner out of all the restaurants we have tried for dinner. I thought we would give it another try on this trip so I booked a breakfast this time. When we went for dinner it was crazy busy, there was a very rude CM at the front door who hassled DS about something stupid and we were tired which I am sure did not help. I didn't think the food was great or even good, and honestly we are not huge Pooh fans. We hadn't tried it and I had heard how pretty it was so I wanted to go there. I am hoping that we will like breakfast better.

I'm happy to hear all the great input on CP for dinner...we have ADR;s for an early dinner in Dec before the MVMCP:santa:
