How is Artist Point at WL?

Was just wondering how the food was at Artist Point at the WL? thanks

I went for the 1st time last year.

1st time seeing Wilderness Lodge was breathtaking. But Artist piont was kind of plain looking after walking around WL lobby and grounds.

Food was very nice. I had the Buffalo and I loved it! Very different (I'm not a big beef eater) but I had to try something new.

I would go back just for the Buffalo.
Now that I've seen WL and Artist Point, my curiosity is satisfied.... and I must admit, 50% of the reason I went was to do some site seeing

My wife had the Fish- Salmon on a plank....it was good, but nothing I haven't seen in many nice seafood restaurants

We are making our first visit to Artist Point in September, looking forward to the buffalo steak!

Thanks all. We have stayed at the WL & love it but only tried Artist Point when they had breakfast there. Ok so I am dating myself DH want the Buffalo steak as well
