How intense is rocknroller coaster?

The "intense" part of RNRC is the launch. You MUST have your head against the headrest. After that, it is sooooo smoooth and such a fun ride. EE has its "intense" part that it goes backwards. PW has its "intense" part the spinning. SM has its "intense" part the jarring ride. BTM really the theme makes it sound more intense than it actually is. Different people like and dislike different things about coasters, so which is more "intense" is very subjective. If I gave up one of the coasters as too intense, it would have to be Space Mountain. Maybe I will give it up at 70 or 80. Lol

Agree with you on EE, but it wasn't the spinning on PW that bothered me, it was the fast 180 degree turns and flat track that beat you up and made it feel like the cart was going to fly off the track.

Aaaah- just figured out what PW is! Primeval Whirl. I've never tried it!

Now that I'm in my 40s my inner ear can't handle spinning rides anymore- think that one will need to be a hard pass! lol

I guess it would depend on what you subjectively consider "bumpy". As I mentioned before, RnR has one quick drop that makes it feel like the floor fell out from under you for just a brief second. Also, IMO, some of the left or right turns it makes are quick transitions. But to me, that's not bumpy...it's still very smooth, just quick. To me, bumpy is Space Mountain or BTMRR. The only thing about RnR that isn't smooth to me is the final stop...both when the fast part is ending and then when you pull up to the exit dock. It jerks to a stop pretty suddenly. So does EE, to the point I've learned to brace myself when the ride is ending.

Very accurate assessment. I forgot about those abrupt stops until I read this!

As far as bumpiness is concerned, I'm not sure anything more bumpy than SM exists. I very rarely ride anymore. My hips are literally in pain afterwards from getting jostled around so much. (In contrast, I don't think my body moves within the seat on RnRC at all).

For me RnR is not as bad as EE, RnR take off is INTENSE, then I just close my eyes and make sure my head is pinned against the back until the ride stops. My kids love it so I go on it. I find EE much scarier and I think it's the going backwards on EE that does it for me. Every time I get off EE I vow that is the last time I ride it (Until the next time, hehe)

I LOVE Primeval Whirl for exactly these reasons!! I have to ride it every trip! :hyper:

I think RNR is an incredibly smooth ride. The takeoff is the worst/scariest part, after that its smooth sailing
