Hi I have just realised my 180 (+10) window is while we are away on our Xmas hols. We will not have conection to the internet while away as we are renting an condo in spain which does not have it (made sure it did not so DH couldn't work and DD's spend their time with us and each other not on face book :rotfl:) However, now realised I may have shot myself in the foot by doing this as I wont be able to book my ARD until we get back wich will be the 170ish day mark AHHHHH! The main ones we are after are

jiko, sanna, CG, Kona cafe, SA in mexico, flying fish, Narcossee or other GF sig, sci fi , PH, mama melrose, brewing works.

What's my chances of still getting them for the 1st two week July if I leave it to 170 days. should I try and find an internet place (may be quite diff as were kind of in the middle of nowhere also it's new years day and even if I do find any most will be closed )

I would call for the reservations instead (407-wdw-dine) Some of those though shouldn't be a problem to still get a week later.

I don't think any of those will be a problem at 170 day. Signatures don't tend to fill up very quickly and the others are not your "hot spots". So you should be fine. No need to worry!

If you booked through a travel agency, have them make your ADRs. Or have friends make the ADRs for you. You could then tweak them when you get back stateside.

if you know there are some you REALLY want, I'd call and make the ADR's that morning if you can. July is busy...... :goodvibes

I believe the OP is in the UK and will be in Spain on holiday - I'm sure she doesn't want to pay for an international call to make restaurant reservations.

If you have a travel agent, the agent can make the reservations.

If it's Big River Grill and Brewing Works you have listed, they do not take reservations through Disney. You would have to call them directly but I wouldn't think you would need a reservation six months out to eat there.

Your vacation includes 4th of July week and July 4 is a Wednesday next year so along with people vacationing the whole week, there'll be people taking an extra long weekend as well.

At 170 days out you might find some places initially unavailable, but with persistent checking online during the 5+ months to July there'll be plenty of movement in reservations and chances are you'll eventually get most everything you're hoping for.

I wouldn't worry. Enjoy your vacation in Spain and don't worry about DW until afterwards. :)

I'll admit that I'm not as knowledgeable as some, but the restaurants that seem to be mentioned on here that are hard to get after 180 are 'Ohana, Chef Mickey's, and Le Cellier (maybe not so much now that it's a sig for dinner?)

I think you'll be fine!

Your vacation in Spain sounds wonderful!

thanks- I think I will try and "train" my eldest daughter to do it on line as she will be in the cayman over new year (she and her cousin got betters offer than spain for their Xmas holiday as 18th gifts from their uncle who lives there) so should have access to PC if not, at least phoning should not be as expensive for her or as awkward as its in the same time zone.
