How hot is it?

It was 98° on my car thermometer but only 95 on the one at home. It actually isn't very humid today, which is good. They are saying 100+ for the weekend with high humidities making the heat index in the 110+ range. We are planning on staying indoors this weekend. The snowmen will just have to wait :rotfl2: .

It got up to near 100 earlier today but now it's plunged to 90. :p Actually it's quite pleasant out... very little humidity.

6:30 to 8:30 p.m. is an awesome time of the day. That's when I'm usually out taking my sunset photos. Mid 80's a nice breeze... wonderful. Neither the husband or I thought summers in Florida would be so easy to take.

We're having a heat wave,
A tropical heat wave,
The temperature's rising,
It isn't surprising,
She certainly can can-can.
:furious: :dance3: :dance3:

87 here, up to 90's over the weekend here in Buffalo NY. :teeth:

We're at 96 right now in West Central Wisconsin but only 25% humidity, which isn't like us. It is actually not bad at all because of the low stickiness factor. I know we don't get tropical like WDW, but the humidity up here can get sticky nasty.

Like another poster, I'll reserve my complaints for the 30 below zero windchills we'll have in January. ;)

Mid 90's here for the next couple of days....Lambeau Field isn't exactly the "frozen tundra" right now! I love the heat tho, this is my kind of weather! :sunny:

98 degrees and someone threw up in the pool so the pool is closed for 4 hours!!!!

Anyone ready for a nice cool dip in this great looking pool? Who is bringing the frozen dacquaris? :drinking1

We're in the first day of at least a 5 day heat wave. Mid 90's for the next several days (today too), and pretty humid

92 degrees here today in Western NY, but there is a nice strong breeze and it doesn't feel terribly humid. Tomorrow is supposed to have a high of 81. That will probably feel pretty good after 90 degrees.

Today it is 94 but it isn't too bad because we have been in the pool.Yesterday we were at the ballfield and it was 99. :sunny:

Mid 80s. Our houses are only designed for the usual cold and wet weather we have here, so there is no respite. I'm much more a winter person and cannot cope in heat. Tend to visit Florida in Jan/Feb when temperatures tend to be in the pleasant 70s with cool nights. Much more my cup of tea.

Currently 92 in Philly at 1pm. We are not done yet though, its supposed to be close to 99!

You know it's going to be hot when it's 90 degrees at 9 in the morning!!

It's now 11:59AM and it's 99 -- suppose to be up to 105 today.

I HATE TEXAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

97 a little to the west of you, Goofygirl!
Ahhh, the smell of horse manure in the heat. :faint:

Yes, 105 at DFW airport, but our thermometer registered 108 (it is in the shade) at 1:00. It has since fallen to 107. I love Texas, just not the heat..............no outside today, I don't even take the kids swimming on days this hot.
