How Heinous is this going to be?? HELP

Hey guys, I need your input here. Been to WDW several times, love it. However, we've never been @ NYE. We're expecting huge crowds & will roll with it, no problem. Here's the problem!

We're going on a DCL 4night 26-30. On the 30th we paid cash for a cabin @ Ft. Wilderness to save points. Originally I had the 31-2 @ OKW 2-BR (home resort) & wait listed for BW & BCV. Like a dork, when the 1st came up for BW & the 2nd for BCV, I didn't do the smart thing & keep my OKW AND book those 2 rooms just in case. I gave up my OKW rooms.

So, we are going to WDW @ the busiest time of year & will be staying for 4 nights @ 4 different resorts. We're trying to keep a positive attitude, but is this going to be a nightmare or what???

I can see me waiting in line to check in for hours each time we switch.

I can see luggage getting lost in the moves. SHould we let Disney handle our baggage or should we lug it ourselves? (we have a rental car). The kids are fine about it, so is DH, it's just me who is stressing.

I can still hope that I'll get another match somewhere & have 2 nights in a row, can't I (yeh right)?

I say one of you should go check in first thing at the new resort every morning while the others sleep in or eat breakfast so it doesnt inconvenience every one.

Then live out of the suitcases and bring them yourselves or you will be wating for them. Ideal would be to pack a suitcase a day or every other day so you only need to bring one in with all the clothing needs and a seperate bag you will need every day for toiletries.

Other than that enjoy your 4 vacations in one and don't let it get to you sounds like an adventure to me.

THanks Tor, that's very good advice!!! I never thought about running over myself & checking in. Living out of a suitcase ain't that bad anyway!

Ya got that right! I should think about that, too. Poor me, I have to run to Bowardwalk & check-in, waaaaaaaaaaa!
