How hard is it to book...

...one of those rooms at WL or AKL with the queen bed and 2 bunk beds? Are they 1st come, 1st serve? Or are they guaranteed once you book them? I am thinking this would be a great option for our family. I can put one of my twins on the bottom bunk with a rail, the other in a Pak n Play, the 4yo on the top bunk, and DH and I in the queen bed.

All you can do is put in a request for a room with bunk beds. Last August we had 3 rooms at WL and requested one of them be a bunk bed room. We got our request.

It is solely up to what is available at time of arrival. They assign rooms 3 days before your arrival, so there is no way of knowing beforehand if you will get the bunks or not.

If bunks are very important, I would list them as one of your top priorities to make sure you have a chance of getting them. The more requests such as exact room, floor, etc.... there will be less of a chance of getting your requests.... keep things simple and hopefully things will work for you..
