It depends on the time of year. Usually, availability is good for most of the year if you book right at 7 months.

We've stayed at Poly twice, both times end/May; early June. We didtn' have issues getting a lake view studio at 7 months. LOVE the Polynesian resort (but we don't prefer studios, or else we'd stay there more.) good luck for the anniversary planning!!

The Polynesian is very deceiving. Because there is so much inventory there is also a lot of movement/cancellations.

I have booked about four or five vacations there and unfortunately I do not own at PVB. Two of them were long vacations, one over Christmas and NYE - booked day by day with holes at first. Note I was always searching way after seven months and still had no issue getting multiple vacations there.

So if it is not there at seven months - but I bet the chances are good that you will nab it - it will be there by stalking (and a waitlist), especially if you go with Standard.

I got it twice at 7 months and once at 6 weeks.

we don’t either. Haven’t been back to poly in 35 years. But the cabin points are crazy! So we will try for the studio.

I booked for two nights (24-25 Dec) in July with no problem.

I just grabbed a standard studio for a week in January, over the MLK holiday.
