How gluten-free friendly are Rainforest & T-Rex?

My son has a gluten allergy and I was trying to plan our meals and was considering going to Downtown Disney for a meal. Should I stick with eating in the parks and resorts or are these places as hassle free?

I've never done T-Rex, but I found Rainforest Cafe to be both less accommodating and less likely to be careful about gluten free status than a Disney-run restaurant. It's little things like being cognizant of shared fryers though, not like they were giving us wheat-rolls.

We did Rainforest Cafe with our GF daughter (age 19) last year. They were very accomodating. She made sure to choose something that would not need a lot of adjustment, but the menu there made it very easy.

It was a last minute add on and we really enjoyed the experience.
