How far out do you know concierge staff?

We are sailing concierge (our first Disney cruise!! whoop whoop!) in January. We are on the Magic out of Miami and I was wondering who would be the concierge staff. I know it doesn't really matter, but I just see so many good things about most of them, so it would be fun to know. Any ideas?

You can post and ask around, maybe even ask shoreside, but we didn't put much effort into it and were just pleased when we got on board.

We are also sailing out of Miami in January on the Magic. Andy is apparently on board the Magic right now, but I'm not sure for how long. Hopefully, we will get to meet him January.

I emailed shoreside a few weeks ago (we sail in 5 weeks), they were able to give me 2 people who would be working in the lounge. They told me to check back closer to our cruise to see who would be the third member. I was very happy to see that Amanda will be on our cruise.

If you are on the Magic, it will most likely be Andy and Julia. We were on two Magic sailings this summer and I know both were planning on re-joining the Magic for the Miami sailings after their fall breaks.

They will call you about a week before your date to begin check in. They will ask what all you would like for them to set up for you. If you want a Cabana, you will need to ask them the date and time that you can request ( 12:01:01 am I think) They are very helpful and will assist as much as you want or need. I asked for a table for 12 -at least inside the outside ring of the restaurants, our Palo brunch on a sea day, etc. They will also tell you about the location to go to on the day you get on the ship. There you will be able to sign up for meet and greets, princess tea, character breakfast if there is one, and any special thing that might be going on. I hope this helps.

We are on the Jan 29th out of Miami and they said it was Julia and Michelle but that it could change. We love Julia but have never had Michelle. If you ask shoreside they will let you know
