How far out can you book Grand Gatherings tours?

I'm curious if anyone knows how far out you can book a Grand Gathering (like Wishes or Epcot)? Where or what department do you need to call to book it? We're already DVC members so we don't need a package..

Those are 90 days like everything else, except that they must be paid in full 45 days out. Cancellations may be made up to 6 days out for a refund. No refunds inside 6 days out. Each event is currently only offered on certain days, with each event only offered twice a week.

To be eligible for these events, you must call the Grand Gatherings Planners and be designated a "grand gathering" by getting your grand gathering number. If you already have reservations, they will put them in the GG system, link them all up with your number, including any PS or special events. Then after you have your GG#, you can reserve one of the events.

Be careful....this seems to create mass confusion. You must first call DVC tell them you want to be a Grand Gathering. They take all kinds of info from you and than conference call in GG. You will than be assigned a Magical Gatherings number. To book events you must call MG. Most MG CM will than tell you to call DVC they can't help you. Stand firm, explain you have done that step and now want to book an event. I have my gathering next week and can't wait but unless it is a blow my socks off thing, I will think carefully before the hassel again. Check out my previous post:

Sorry to be so negative, it was just VERY, VERY time consuming due to their ignorance.
