how far or where is Disney Quest in relation to AKV?

do DVC members get an admissions discount to enter? the only reason i am asking about the discount is bc i know when you add it on to you mywt its a part of the wp&m options and since we get a discount @ the water parks i figured maybe its the same for DQ.

DisneyQuest is location at the West Side portion of Downtown Disney. Members get $4 off adults (age 10+) tickets and $3 off childrens (ages 3-9) tickets
