How far is to far in advance?

Back frm a long hiatus here, well nayway we were going this feb but now we are due again with a baby(yippy!!) so are next trip will be feb 2006, the ? is can we book now and change reservations for the better deals as they come along? Can we make our PS's? What other tio would you recommend as last year it was my wife and myself and our 2 sons 7 and 4, now this time it would be the same plus add son that will 3 1/2 to. (Baby will stay at home)

I just booked (and paid a deposit) our hotel (All-Star Movies) over the phone for May 2005 and I asked about discounts. They don't have any since it's too early, but they said I could call back when I get a discount code and they will apply it to my reservations.

Most of the restaurants only take Priority Seatings 90 days in advance. But you could make PS for Hoop Dee Doo Revue or the Luau at the Polynesian.
