How far is it around the countries in Epcot?

That depends on how fast you walk.

I have read it is 1.3 miles around the lake (not venturing into any countries/shops).
Maybe the 1.24 miles is if you walk closer to the water and the 1.3 is walking closer to the buildings.
At any rate, it's around one and 1/4 mile.

Is it really that short of a distance? Wow...when you're standing at the entrance looking out across the water, it looks like it would be such a longer distance all the way around. Goes to show how much I know.

and it sure "feels" longer ...1/2 a mile to mail box hmm so i would walk almost as far as around WS wonder why it takes me a couple days vs 20 mins??
