How far in advanced do dates open up?

I have finally convinced my wife to do our FIRST EVER CRUISE!!!
(We have two boys that will be 9 when we go)

It will be in April, 2013 (Yes....over 2 years away)

We want to book AS SOON as the dates open up to get:
a) Inside Stateroom (Not sure how our family is with our "sealegs")
b) Cheapest Price possible (hopefully)
c) Early Dining Time (we are NOT late dinners)

So.........it appears from the Disney Cruise Website that currently has dates 18 months out.

Is that the normal time frame?

Is there any website you can register on to let you know when the dates become available?

The first half of 2012 cruise dates were released in October 2010 so possibly look for October 2011 for 2013 dates, or at least some of them.
