I'd like to book a trip to Disney World in early November 2006. How far in advance should I book our hotel? Should I just go ahead and book now?

I was thinking about staying in the new Nick Jr. Suites near Universal. We have 2 children who will be ages 7 and 3 when we go. Does anyone have any imput on this hotel?

Thanks!
Nancy

1) :welcome:
2) If your plans are firm...book now(check cancellation policies so you can tahe advantage of any deals)
3) post your question on the Orlando Hotel's Board...you will get a couple of responses as to the Nick Hotel...it was under renovation lastyear when I went by.
4) www.allearsnet.com will probablly have something on that hotel.

One Question...why do you not want to stay on site?

I hope you have a great trip :sunny:

I like how Nick Jr. hotel offers a suite with a separate bedroom for the kids. My husband and I have stayed on site at Disney when we went before we had kids. We loved the convenience but now it's hard to put the kids to bed when we are all in one room!

I agree if it is a set date then book now.I started in march planning for Oct,changed plans many times and booked in July for Sep. You never know how busy it will get.

It's never too early to make a booking. Just make sure that the cancellation policy is acceptable to you. I have as of yet to cancel a vacation but I do like knowing that I can cancel my Disney vacation only 45 days before my vacation. I do purchase the insurance just in case.

Have a magical day,
Anna
