No sure....but I know we called him in February to reserve our cart when we were at the Fort last week. He had all of our info and was there at promised to drop off the cart!

We called him just last night to book for November.

If you're going a busy time (especially a holiday) it's worth it to call sooner than later and then just confirm as your dates get closer.

I called just over 6 months out for Thanksgiving time and he didn't seem to have any problems with taking my reservation then.

I called him back in April to book a weeks worth of his rental for December, no problems.

I called him at the 180 day out day when i made my ADR - i figured we mont as well get all the reservations done in one day. I called and left him a message he called me a few hours later - said i was in the books, asked me a few more questions and then said he would call me the day before my arrival to schedule drop off time and get my cc number. We are going at the end of September.
