How far in advance do AP rates come out?

I am looking for this July. I know there is always the possibility that there may be none at all, but a girl can dream!

Typically AP rates are released about 2 months in advance. ~ ~

Presently, the latest AP Holder rates end on May 23rd. If there are to be AP Holder discounts past that time, I expect they will be released either later this month or early in May.
