I know this is an almost impossible event to attend (from what I have read), but I thought I might give it a try anyway. When could I try to make reservations for this? Is it 120 days in advance? Or 60 days in advance? Or something else?
Thanks,
DJ

Call exactly 60 days out at 7AM Eastern time. If you call at 7:05, you will be too late. You might even start dialing about 6:58 AM. I get CRT everytime I try. Maybe not the first time I call, but the second or third attempt for the week I am going.

Wow! Thanks for the tip! I am on Central Time, so that means I better get up early that morning and start dialing! I use the PS Calculator and it says I can call July 18th for the September 16th date that I want, so I better mark my calendar!!!

Thanks again! I hope I make it in! It will be such a nice surprise for my twin DDs!

Do start calling at 5:58 your time and just hit redial until you get in--this year I was standing outside the school with another teacher, waiting for the custodian to unlock the doors--calling on my cell phone. The other teacher thought I was nuts because I got so excited when I got the reservation! ! !

Like the other posters said - start called at least by 6:58am Florida time just to be safe and keep hitting that re-dial button until you get through. If you are put on hold don't hang up - - you want to be one of the first callers in the queue. As soon as the CM answers interrupt their greeting and quickly say you want "CRT-date-partyof#-anytime" - if you say "oh do you have an 8:30am, or how about 8:45am" you'll waste precious time. These PSs go FAST! You can make nice with the CM after. ;)

Also, you may want to call for days starting at the beginning of your vacation. For example, say you are at WDW Sunday-Friday and want to go to CRT on Thursday. Don't wait and just try to get Thursday because if you don't get a PS you only have Friday as one more chance to get in. Try to get a PS for say, Monday, and if you get it at least you have a back-up - then if you get your preferred day of Thursday you can cancel Monday. (You do have to pay a depost when you make your PS - I *think* it's $10/adult and $5/child but it is applied to your meal and it is refundable if you cancel in advance).

Hope that helps. Have fun!
