How far from Dolphin to Yacht & Beach Club?

How are away is this? We will be staying at the Dolphin but want to try Beaches & Cream at the YBC. Suggestions on the best way to get there, how long it will take and what to order?

Just about a five minute walk if you are really moving or a relaxing ten minute walk although at night you could easily turn it into a long romantic walk as the area is just beautiful. It is also a pretty flat walk in that direction. We stay at the BWI and love to walk around past the Swan/Dolphin, YC/BC and into the International Gateway into Epcot. Lots of folks sit along the boardwalk area between the S/D and Int'l Gateway to watch the fireworks part of the Illumination show. There is also boat service that goes between Epcot, YC/BC, BWI, S/D and MGM. About a 15 minute walk along the waerway will take you right to MGM's front door. You'll love the location. See if you can get a room with a view of Epcot. Also don't forget teh Boardwalk Bakery, Boardwalk Sweets, Flying Fish and all the boardwalk entertainment at night which is just a short walk away from you.

We stayed on the East Wing of the Dolphin and it was a shorter walk to the Beach Club than to the Dolphin pool. We could get to the west side of the Beach Club in about 3 minutes. Just take the East Wing elevator down to floor one and go out the side door, follow the sidewalk around the Dolphin and the Beach Club is right there. It really is right next door. I'm not sure where on the property Beaches N Cream is, but if it's too crowded you can get some ice cream at the Dolphin Fountain.
