This morning while I was showering I did some quick math and came up with roughly 14 miles "running" on the elliptical. That kind of surprised me. So then I got to thinking...how long would it take me to elliptical my way to WDW?

250 miles at 2.5 miles per day would take me 100 days. That's just about the same # of days until our next trip! :) So, there is a little more incentive to get up and get moving in the morning. Every step I take at the gym gets me a little closer to WDW! :teeth:

This week I made it to the interstate.... :teeth:

WTG! Anything to make the journey we're on seem worthwhile!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc
Keep up the good work! I'm going to hit the shower myself. Maybe something will inspire me as well. I often do my best thinking in the shower!:p

Keep the Faith!

I wish my elliptical had a cumulative counter for distance travelled :(

I'm going to have to keep a record of my distance and see how far I go.

Great idea!

Katholyn - I track it every day. My average is 2.5 miles/day more or less. It does put a little twist on it. :) It could also be 1 round trip from the gates of FW and around WS. :teeth:

Tracy - :) did inspiration hit? ;)

A long time ago I used to do a lap around WS on my Nordic Track, sometimes while watching the Day at Epcot or Day at the Magic Kingdom videos we have. I think I'll have to start doing that again soon....my dd is finally big enough to learn to stay out of the way of the skis while I'm using it.

I haven't yet worked exercise into my plan...but I know I need to!

When I'm exercising, I put on my WDW 25th anniversary CD. Then I can actually visualize each ride and the parades. Since we're 1500 miles from Disney, it would take me about 2 years or more to "get there" on my elliptical trainer.:p
