How far between paid LL

If I book a paid lighting lane in my Disney room around 7:00 am when can I purchase the second paid lighting lane? Do I have to wait the 2 hours between the paid lighting lanes or can I purchase both from room at 7:00 am. And then start booking a regular Genie+ Lighting lane when the park opens?

ILL dont have a cool down, so you can purchase 2, one right after the other. You can book your first G+ if doing that too starting at 7 as well, ILL is seperate.
