I was hoping someone knows how far ahead I can book the REAS package. We are cruising in January and I thought I remembered a thread about the possibility of DCL doing away with the REAS package in '05 due to it's overwhelming popularity. I hope that is not true but I'm sure you all know the scoop....

What is the REAS package????

REAS = Romantic Escape At Sea package

it costs $299 (right now)

I'm guessing they're only accepting REAS ressies through the end of 2004 because they'll re-evaluate the package and probably increase the price for 2005. If it's insanely popular they'd be nuts to just get rid of it ... but that would be incentive for them to increase the pricing.

Hi

I was wondering how you book the REAS package? Also, is the addtl fee for Palo included in the price of the package?

Heather

you book it by calling your TA (or DCL if booked directly with them) and have them add the package. Payment is due 60 days before you sail (I just paid at the time I booked it). And yes, it includes the $10 per person Palo's surcharge.

The Palo surcharge is included, however, it does not include the price of the Palo brunch and the new charge (5.00) for Palo high tea.

You are able to book all of the Palo ressies, and choose your dining rotation as well.::MinnieMo
