How easy is it to add to Webcerts?

Hi everyone! I have been kind of a slacker on the rewards programs lately, but I do MyPoints fairly regularly.

I usually cash out for RFC GC's, but this time I have decided to opt for the Webcertificate. I have the minimum to get a webbie, but was wondering if it is best to order it now, then add to it as I have the points, or wait untill a couple of months before our trip to cash out? I plan to order the plastic credit card to take with us on our trip.

How easy is it to add to a webbie once you have one (with points or by credit card)? It seems like it might be a good idea to order it now, then I can purchase more $$ on it every so often to help save for the trip.

What do you webbie experts think?

I have cashed out 3 times for a webbie w/mypoints. It is very easy! The first time you do it you have to set up an account w/the webcertificate site. Each time after that, it will simply add the amount to your total. I try and hold out for the $25 webbie. So right now, I have $75 in my webcertificate account.

Just keep in mind that if your webcertificate account is dormant for an extended period that they charge you fees. I am not sure what the exact time frame and fees are, but you can find them on their website somewhere.

Read the FAQ's. All the answers are there. I believe the dormancy fees are $3/month after 6 months of inactivity. You CAN add money with a credit card, but there is a fee (1-2% ???) to do so.

I have cashed out for $100 in webbies that I've turned into DD. I have the plastic card. I plan to cash out closer to our next trip for the next webbies so I can use them on the plastic card without worrying about penalties.
