No worries... I'm in and out of the DIS all the time. Most of the time work or life gets in the way but sometimes I just cut myself off for a while.
We've noticed.
You want Anna & Elsa? Book it 1st for one of our last days in WDW.
That's the plan. I'm more nervous about having issues with
MDE and booking FP+ than anything. I almost always have issues with it when I log on. I figure by the time I get logged in and get to where I can book FP+ they'll be gone.
Take a lot of pictures! Melody was saying she wants to goto DL in 2 years. Hopefully, we can book a few nights at the GCH or in our case GCV.

I'm sure DW will have it covered.
Great pictures.Lots of technology in those tractors. It's like they almost can drive themselves! (I checked out your video LOLOL)
Almost...
A necessary evil, I suppose.
But we loved free dining.
Wouldn't have done our last trip without it.
Yes. We've used it before and I think it is a good thing to have. I just hate that it makes it so hard to schedule or re-arrange ADR's if you need to do it closer to trip time.
Now that the DDs are older, I have no intention of ever doing a character meal again.
Unless it's for the food, or strategic park entry.
Well, TH was more for the strategic park entry than the characters in this case. But when it became a strategically bad idea to be there... well, you know.
I don't know how our kids will be about character meals later. I don't mind them. I could take them or leave them. But I'd say we might limit it to character breakfasts later down the road. And definitely not as many in one trip!

It does, doesn't it?
Thank you! As soon as I started reading this post, I wanted to ask if the combine turned itself or just did the lines.
Now I know.
Believe it or not, this was in the back of mind for years.
Well, I'm glad that I had something useful and informative to say! Thanks!
Truthfully though, the technology really is there that you could make them drive themselves. It has been done on an experimental basis. The problem is that you still need to have someone in the cab to keep an eye on what is happening and to be ready to make adjustments or fix problems that may occur in the middle of the field, so there's really no point in having it fully automated. But it is definitely nice to be able to let go of the wheel when you're planting or running the combine.
I know Kathy. I know.
YAY for having your package booked for DL. I'm going to count on you for lots of info after your trip (even though we've postponed ours for the time being...since we did WDW for Mark's 60th, we're going to do DL for mine).
Well, I'll definitely be giving a perspective on it from a WDW homer point of view. This upcoming trip will be my 9th to WDW followed by my first to DL.
Love seeing all that John Deere equipment...especially since my daughter-in-law works for a subsidiary of the company.
I like the green equipment too. But if our dealer doesn't start acting like they want to deal with us, there's going to be some red or blue starting to show up.
Okay - I was really trying to make it through the whole PTR and then post, because that would be super-impressive, but well, it isn't happening.
If you sat down and read all the crap I wrote all at once, I'm not sure impressive would be the appropriate word for it.

So please know that I am reading through and joining in. I seriously hope to have made it through enough to make an actual substantive comment before you leave on your trip!
Really, I am trying very hard!!!!
I believe you. And don't worry about it. I kind of abandon the PTR at times. I enjoy putting a PTR together so that I can think things through and get feedback on various details, but there are just so many points in trip planning where there's just nothing happening. And the PTR goes stale. Anyway, I'm glad you're here. Hopefully the TR will be better.
Yay for FP+ window opening up!
I'm nervously excited about it.
I ate at TH for breakfast last winter. It was just OK, so I won't feel bad about the cut. It was just sort of crowded and claustrophobic in there. I didn't care for the setup, but that might have been because we were at a table for two. You know how those tables can be cramped.
I don't feel too bad about cutting it. I'd still like to try it sometime though.
Seriously cool combine. The corn in the field next to my house was harvested this past week. I assure you that the equipment they used was not nearly as cool as yours. Thanks for the inside look into the cab. Very cool tech stuff. Loved all the pictures! More please!
Thanks. It is definitely a huge upgrade over what we were using just 5 or 6 years ago. The technology has really come a long way. Half of those monitors weren't even in it last year. We added them before we started this year. The fun part is trying to teach my dad and uncle how to use all of that stuff.
