We are going to be in Orlando already the day we check in (switching from Downtown Disney area to HRH after the weekend), so potentially we could check in very early that Monday...Obviously, the room will not be ready, but could we go ahead and get our room keys/etc. so we could go into the park that day to use FOTL...so, what is the earliest someone has checked-in... ?? We are driving ourselves, so luggage/etc. is not an issue...

We've checked in as early as 8:00 am at the HRH and at RP. Both times we received our keys and could go "play" in the parks or swim. Once our room was even ready. In either event, the bellstaff can store bags if necessary and you will receive a telephone number to call later in the day to check on your room.

Thanks...Just read some info on the FOTL sticky that was good info, and said 6am if necessary..wow, that is early !

last year and the year before, i checked in to hrh at 7:15 am.

of course the room wasn't ready but i received my hotel room keys, stored my luggage and met up with a friend for coffee until the park opened.

Last week My wife and I checked into RPH at 7:45 am andgot to pick our room.:thumbsup2

That is correct. 6 am is the "rope drop" time to check-in. :goodvibes

Cool...of course, waking up the two teens that early to check in is not a reality...may sneak over that morning by myself, and come back to wake them up for breakfast...and surprise them with their key cards...

Actually it is the 'makeup artist' 16 yo daughter, that has to make sure eyebrow hair #42 is in the right spot, and the correct angle flair of her hair is perfect before even making a public appearance (1 hour+ typically, post wake-up....UUUGHHH)

My 10 year old son and I can be out the door in 15 minutes, well groomed and clean...needless to say, I do a lot of waiting in life....(two daughters and a wife)..but that is another story..

HAHAHAHA!!! I have one of those.

Me & DF checked in at 8:30 am last July, and got a little "Mummy Dust"....they actually gave us a room at that time! It was definitely a treat!!

We checked in to the HRH on Monday, September 29 at about 9:50 am and the bell service guy told us that lots of the rooms are ready.

We were coming from WDW.

He was absolutely correct!. We checked in, went to our lovely room, took our room keys and hit the parks!

I was impressed! Also, with our You First, we got a late check out 12:30, when it was time to leave.

I thought HRH was not a participant in the LOEW's program ? Did they just offer a late check-out as a general courtesy ?

I think the guy at the desk said something about not fully participating (maybe with some type of points)

However, we got a fruit basket and spring water as our welcome gift and the late check out, use of the fitness room.

We got a late check out at the RPR, and didn't have any special memberships. They were just really nice!

I know this has been answered somewhere but I am drawing a blank... If your room is not ready and you head off to the park, do they automatically bring your bags to your room when it is ready or do you have to stop and get them from "storage" ?

we were able to check in at 11 am on saturday and our room was available

they offered a 12:30 check out time but after some negiotating i was able to get a 2pm check out - had to explain i was a lowes first member to a couple different people to get the latest check out time possible
